The Carrier agrees to transport and deliver the Goods to the designated location within the agreed timeframe.
The Carrier shall ensure that all Goods are handled with care and delivered in the same condition as received.
The Carrier must comply with all relevant laws and regulations related to transportation and delivery services.
The Carrier must maintain adequate insurance coverage for the Goods during transit.
The Shipper must provide accurate and complete information regarding the Goods, including weight, dimensions, and any special handling requirements.
The Shipper shall ensure that the Goods are properly packaged and labeled for transportation.
The Shipper is responsible for all applicable fees and charges associated with the transportation of the Goods.
Both parties agree to keep all information related to the transportation of Goods confidential and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.
Any disputes arising out of or related to this agreement shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration, as agreed by both parties.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Shipper is located.
The Shipper agrees to provide the Carrier with access to the Goods for inspection prior to loading, if requested.
The Carrier is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, traffic, or mechanical failures.
The Shipper shall notify the Carrier immediately of any changes to the delivery location or special instructions.
The Carrier has the right to refuse transport of any Goods that are deemed unsafe or prohibited by law.
Both parties agree to cooperate fully and provide any necessary documentation to facilitate the transportation and delivery of Goods.
